BBQ lamb chops:
Ingredients:
Chill and grill seasoning
Sweet basil
Salt
Olive oil
Preparations:
*Wash the chops and dry them with a cloth or paper towel .
*Fry with a bit of olive oil in medium heat to avoid burning.
*Turn often.
*When cooked, put in a barbeque sauce, switch off stove and turn the chops then remove from stove.
Broccoli Salad:
Ingredients :
Broccoli
Cheese
Koo chickpeas
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Aromat
Preparations:
*Steam your Broccoli, bit of butter mix and transfer to a bowl.
*Let it cool and add on diced cheese, drained chickpeas (quality depends on the Broccoli.
*1 Broccoli pack you can add in half a can of chickpeas, half a cup on cheese) and your yellow and red pepper - a handful
*Dress with tangy mayonnaise ( I used B-Well mayonnaise)
