Chilli cheese & Bacon Potatao Balls


 Ingredients:

- 3 Potatoes (Boiled and mashed)

- 1/2 Cup Diced Bacon (Fried)

- 1 Tbsp Chilli flakes

- 500g Diced Mozzarella

- 3 Tbsp Seven Colors Grill Seasoning™

- 2 Tbsp Flour

- 1 Tsp Breadcrumbs

- 1 Egg

- 2 Cups cooking Oil


Method :

Heat oil

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, bacon and chill flakes

Shape the mixture into round balls

Create a hole and insert the Mozzarella cubes

In a separate bowl, Mix Seven Colors Grill Seasoning ™, flour and bread crumbs.

Dip potato balls in egg then coat with the flour mixture and deep fry in the heated oil until golden in colour.
