Hard body chicken (umleqwa)

Ingredients:

Full hard body chicken

2 chicken stock Knorrox

Lil bit of paprika for colour 

Salt and pepper

Water


Method:

Cut your chicken, put in your open pot

Pour water not to much please

Put in your chicken cubes and  cook on medium heat untill the water finishes

Brown your chicken and pour water again

Brown! Pour water season your meat and allow it to cook on medium heat until ready and the soup is thick and nice

Make sure that before you pour water  to brown your chicken until is ready
