Penne pasta with chicken livers

 

Penne pasta with chicken livers is one of my go to comfort ultimate meals and this recipe is so easy and tasty. 

Ingredients 

• ½ cup sliced mushrooms 

• ½ onion chopped 

• 1tsp minced garlic 

• 250ml fresh cream 

• 1 tbsp Seven Colours Grill seasoning 

• 1 tsp chilli flakes 

• 1 tsp oregano 

• 1 chicken stock cube

• 1 tsp oil


Step1: Cook 2 cups of penne pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside 


Step2: Cook chicken livers 


Method:

• Heat oil, season chicken livers with Seven Colours Grill seasoning

• Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside, in the same pan add onions, mushrooms,minced garlic, dried oregano, chilli flakes, stock cube, paprika, add chicken livers back to the pan, pour in fresh cream and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat 

• Cook until cream thickens then add cooked penne pasta and fresh parsley 

• Mix everything together with spatula 

• Add seasoning according to your personal preference
